Tori Grafton Bio

Tori Grafton is the Vice President of Sakura. Tori leads many special projects, is responsible for business development and planning, and handling new customers accounts. As Vice President, Tori provides support for all roles including live cattle production, harvest and production, accounts, and financing.

Tori is a graduate of The Ohio State University where she received her bachelor’s degree in Animal Science with a minor in Meat Science. Furthering her education, Tori went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Animal Science with an emphasis in Meat Science. After graduation, Tori joined the Sakura team in 2018. Tori’s passion for agriculture and meat production stemmed from growing up on her small family farm in Northeast Ohio raising and processing their own beef cattle.

Tori enjoys being a part of a program that produces the best Marbelicious^TM beef in the United States and getting to work with customers all over the country.

Outside of work, Tori is involved in her county’s Cattlewomens group promoting Colorado beef and agriculture. Her and her husband, Zane, also operate a small ranch in Northern Colorado where they enjoy raising Highland Cattle, chickens and run a small equine boarding facility.
