Shipping Policy

How do we ship?

We now ship every day Monday through Thursday with the exception of some Fridays. We do not ship on the following Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

All orders received before 1:00pm EST will be ship same day. Anything after 1:00pm EST will ship the next business day.

All product is vacuum-packed and shipped frozen in specialized coolers with dry ice. Product should arrive still frozen or partially frozen.

Before placing an order, we ask that you please make sure someone at the delivery address will be available to accept the delivery. When entering the shipping address please ensure your address is correct to avoid any transit delays. You must provide a street address (No PO boxes) when entering a delivery address. We are not responsible for incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses or delays caused by adverse weather.

When your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your package(s) carrier and tracking information. You will also receive shipment updates from UPS on your package.

SHIPPING RATES & OPTIONS

Currently we only ship to the continental US.

Shipping rates/options are based upon the distance from our location to your shipping address.
