Paige Hess Bio

Paige Hess is Sakura’s Inventory and Logistics Manager. Paige works closely with Sakura’s cold storage facility coordinating logistics for customers and LTL shipments. Her role also includes managing all inventory of Sakura products and collaborating with the Sakura team on product availability and assisting sales representatives.

Paige is a graduate of the Ohio State University where she received her bachelor’s degree in Animal Science Industries with a minor in Meat Science. After graduation, Paige took a job as a production supervisor with Cargill where she gained a vast knowledge of retail applications for different food products, as well as inventory management. Joining the Sakura team in 2019, Paige’s prior skills and experience have proved invaluable to the company, our team, and customers.

Paige enjoys the networking that her role provides. As part of her job, Paige gets to work with a wide variety of customers, from exceptionally large distributors to small restaurant owners. Paige emphasizes, “Every person has a place in the meat business and it’s amazing to get to know and learn from the best in the business!”.

Outside of work Paige serves in the Kids’ ministry at her church. She loves to read and spend time with her husband- Eric, and two daughters, Harper and Joanna, and their dog – Willow.
